2009 Washington State Historic Preservation Officer's Award for Outstanding Historic Preservation

The State of Washington recognized the meticulous restoration and preservation of the Arctic Club Hotel. "This is truly an outstanding rehabilitation project that has resulted in the preservation of an important Seattle landmark." stated Dr. Allyson Brooks, Washington State Historic Preservation Officer, during her awards presentation.
