Duration of Event

All events are booked in five (5) hour periods. Wedding ceremonies in conjunction with wedding receptions will include additional hours. Event hours are afternoon, 11am to 4pm, or evening, 6pm to 12am. Your vendors may arrive two (2) hours prior to your event start time for set-up.

Venue Capacity

Essential Elegance

The Arctic Club Hotel provides essentials for your wedding such as full china service, elegant silver service and table linens. We can also provide a dance floor and votive candles.

Cake Cutting

Our skilled staff will gladly cut and serve your wedding cake, plus carefully preserve your cake top.

Your Night at the Arctic

All Brides and Grooms enjoy a complimentary overnight stay at the Arctic Club Hotel in one our unique and elegant guestrooms. The Arctic's skilled staff can coordinate other guest accommodations you may require.
